4. The buyer will be required to put down a Deposit once their offer is accepted. The deposit must be made using certified funds.
5. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium Applied. The buyer is responsible for paying the buyer’s premium added to the purchase price and deducted from the proceeds.
6. The buyer must also pay 100% of all state and local transfer and recordation taxes and stamps.
7. NO OFFERS will be accepted below the asking Price. Please provide an Offer at the Purchase Price or Above.
8. Property sold as-is including contents. No contingencies, All properties to be sold with clear title &; all liens paid off by the seller at closing.
