Current Opportunity:
Rental Program Agent Partner
Seeking a MD Real Estate Agent to partner with.
If you are responsive, confident in your people skills, and want to help people find homes for rent, this will be a great opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Help our program clients secure rental housing.
- Set up daily email alerts of available properties for rent that meets the potential renter’s criteria/income.
- Ability to build rapport with prospective clients.
- Perform follow-up calls to potential renters in our program.
- Negotiate with other agents or homeowners on behalf of the potential renter.
- Schedule showings with potential renters once they express an interest in a particular home, and meet the qualifications.
- Drive to scheduled showings to meet with potential renters.
Qualifications:
- You must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Maryland, DC, or Virginia.
- Be responsive & friendly
